Businesswoman and community leader, Cynthia "Cindy" Schelcher, served as the West Valley-Mission Community College District's (WVMCCD) Foundation Executive Director and Dean of Advancement for more than two decades where she was instrumental in helping enrich the lives students through the development of scholarship endowments and otherwise. This endowment supports a scholarship for a Mission College student majoring in one of the STEM fields.
